Work around your community as a NAPA Outside Salesperson and sell the auto parts for the oldest auto parts company in the US. Develop and continue relationships with wholesale customers and use your sales skills maximize your potential income. Represent our “Know How” through excellent service, quality, and knowledge. We are looking for passionate individuals to help grow our store and community! If you have experience in auto parts, tools, or paint sales, this is the job for you!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
· Customer focus as you create relationships and sell to customers
· Develop sales plans with manager/owner to increase revenue and customer base
· Embody the “Know How” attitude to everyone you talk to
· Call and visit existing customers to grow relationships
· Be informed of and share new NAPA products and sales promotions
· Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in the sales field
· Preferred experience with automotive parts
· Willingness to learn and grow
· Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude
· Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license
